I am 65YO. Some nights are not going to be restful; tax time, deadlines, stress. If I feel as though "serious sleep" is necessary I have taken the Slow Release Melatonin with 4 oz of water about 30 minutes before I plan to doze off. My wife says I crash and sleep fairly quickly. But the incredible beauty of Melatonin in slow release is the extended REM activity, dreams that can last 5 hours for me.
I feel particularly content and more alert after such sleep. I never consume this more than once every 10-14 days. Thus, I am an infrequent user.
